In the process I'm trying to ease out of a number of other things that have kept me too busy. You are exactly right about busyness not being a good time to change. My new blog design will launch this next week sometime and I too have gone with hosting my own site through wordpress and using the Thesis template, etc. Thanks for sharing your journey. I did that and reallyconcentrated on setting my goals for this upcoming year over the holidays. I feel I've done a much more effective job at goal setting than I have in the past.
