Christina, thanks for all the encouragement you offer writers in the area of building platforms. I bought “Get Known Before the Book Deal” a while back, read it cover to cover, and dog-eared practically a third of the pages. The advice was so helpful in building/focusing my own platform, and yes — it paid off in the form of a book contract!
I think I speak for a lot of writers when I say that we don’t naturally “go there” in our minds — writing is one thing, platform-building and promotion is another. You really help demystify the process. Thank you for that!
